Is Moody's Economist reliable?

The authors intended audience has to be American citizens who are looking for jobs. Their credibility is pretty good because they give direct links on reliable political websites to who they are talking about and what Republicans plan on doing. The blog also quote a person who works is the director of the macroeconomics at Moody's Analytic which is a credit rating agency that performs financial research on government entities. What their argument is basically that the "Jobs Through Growth Acts" proposal won't help at all and will only make the American public just feel like secure that something is trying to be done about the economy. Not only that but that will not help, but in the long run will hurt the economy and enter yet another recession. They don't really have much evidence to this argument; they are simply predicting what would happen.
